Grande festa martedì 7 dicembre a Buccheri per la consegna della bandiera dei Borghi più Belli d’Italia al Comune di Buccheri, dopo che il piccolo Borgo della provincia di Siracusa, lo scorso autunno, è stato annesso al prestigioso Club Nazionale.
Un momento di gioia ed di orgoglio per la cittadina di Buccheri, per l’amministrazione comunale, ed anche per i volontari della neo sezione della Misericordia di Buccheri. Nella stessa serata è stata inaugurata“l’Atmosfera del Natale”, con l’accensione “dell’Immensa Luce”, una delle luminarie più grandi d’Italia, l’inaugurazione del “Bosco degli Elfi”, l’inaugurazione della ‘Via della Luce”, presepe a grandezza naturale per le vie del centro storico che raffigura gli antichi mestieri ed i personaggi storici di Buccheri, la “mostra dei presepi” e le luminarie cittadine.
